Working Papers

In order to attain Student Working Papers you must:

     1.     Be at least 14 years of age
     2.     Bring in the following:
              - Bring in a  note from his or her doctor stating that he/she is physically fit and healthy to work
              - Bring in a PHOTOCOPY of a legal document proving date of birth
​                 (examples: birth certificate, passport, school ID, Green Card, State Photo I.D.)
              - Bring in PHOTOCOPY of his or her Social Security Card
     3. Download the working paper form HERE 
            - Complete Part I of the application
            - Make sure that the application is signed by your parent/guardian.
     4. Bring completed form & materials to your house guidance counselor
